Come together to learn and make a naturally dyed scarf and a pair of socks! Saturday, October 12, 1:00-4:00.
We will cover all of the basics: scouring and mordanting our fabrics, and foraging and growing flowers and plants in the Arrowhead region to achieve a rainbow of natural colors. Then we will use dried flowers to bundle dye a scarf and a pair of cotton socks.
Leave with a couple of beautiful accessories and the knowledge to make many, many more!
All materials and refreshments will be provided. Students also receive 10% off everything at Hemlocks on the day of class.
